I met Jen's new baby neice today. She is 5 days old and so so incredibly cute! No matter how tightly you swaddle her she manages to squeeze one arm out to flail around.

We ran a data circus today in my Research class today. Each group took turns leading the class through a series of research activities to gather data for our projects. We did an interview, a questionnaire and a card sort.
I don't mind if you don't have experience (especially when I'm looking for coops), I care most that you are: enthusiastic for the job, looking for an opportunity to contribute to our team but also to learn and excited about our company. Even if all that is missing... At least show me you read my job posting.
I take a Polaroid of everyone who comes to my place and I hang it at my front entrance. I'd love to one day have my very own photobooth. Anyone know where I can get one?
Had my team over to my place tonight for potluck and board games. We played Cranium and lightning round Pictionary (something I made up so we don't have to play with the board)
My aunt brought my grandmother back from Hong Kong to Toronto today. Can't wait to see them.
We didn't win :-( but we did get an honorable mention shout out for our idea.
I'm super proud of our idea and I can't wait to compete again next year! I'm setting Google Calendar reminder 50 years from now to see which of the solutions we're actually right. :)
I ended up writing a few cue cards just to make sure I nail my really important points.
I practiced my speech all night. I just kept running through my lines while pacing around my living room.
Went out to dinner with Jen and her coworkers tonight. It was the first time in 2 weeks that I had a real meal. Yum!
